Release Notes

Updated Version
The new version adds support for Folders and Document Sets. If a user selects a folder or document set to run the workflow on this activity will get all items from the folder / document set and add them as attachments to the email.

Download the .wsp file and use the normal methods for adding the solution to SharePoint. This activity has only been tested on a stand alone install of SharePoint Server 2010 running on Window 7 OS.

New Update
In the Downloads above there is a new item marked with Issue Tracking. This is an update to version 2 that adds support for working with Issue Tracking lists.

Reviews for this release

I'm using this now in a SharePoint 2013 site with a SharePoint 2010 workflow. It works well. Just need to change something in the web.config. Waiting for the official SP 2013 version...thanks

Sorry to hear that it is not working for you. I have only seen this happen when the feature has not been activated on the web application or you are using SharePoint 2013 and trying to use the 2010 version. See this discussion thread for more information http://sharepointstuff.codeplex.com/discussions/448377

It's a very nice addon to any workflow you want to make. I'm giving a 4 simply because i would like to have the BCC possibility and make the attachment optional. Otherwise, it is VERY useful.

This was exactly what I have been looking for! However, one thing that I would suggest is how to exactly deploy the .wsp file, especially for newbies like myself. It would be very helpful on how to use Add-SPSolution in the Sharepoint Managment Shell. Just a suggestion :)

01/10/2013 Works like a champ. Nice and clean job. 01/14/2013 Tested it on SharePoint 2010 Foundation and SharePoint 2010 SP1 Enterprise. Work flawlessly
